'Geethanjali-2' to happen soon: Kona

Kona Venkat, the writer-producer of 'Geethanjali', is ready to start its second edition with Anjali as the heroine. He has suggested this in a post on Twitter, which took even the actress by a surprise.

When Anjali greeted Kona on his birthday yesterday, the latter said that he can't wait to start 'Geethanjali-2'. At this, she replied, "That's a simple announcement of Geethanjali 2. Can't wait to start on it with a Big Bang."

"Simple beginnings will have great endings !! Soon," the writer then said. The first edition fetched profits for its makers, and a Nandi for the actress.

Kona is currently bankrolling an action film with Aadhi Pinisetty and Taapsee Pannu.
