Arindhum Ariyamalum (AA) fame Samiksha is now a happy woman. Thanks to a decent debut in AA, the actress has couple of movies in her kitty in Tamil besides one in Telugu.

She is currently acting in Srikanth's Mercury Pookal being directed by S S Stanley. The movie also features Meera Jasmine.

The buzz is that Samiksha has been assigned to act opposite Madhavan in Arya.

The bi-lingual, to be made in Tamil and Telugu, has Malluwood girl Bhavana playing the lead heroine and Samiksha playing the second fiddle.

Interestingly, noted model Simran was considered for the role. However when she opted out, the director opted for Samiksha. Having got the lucky break, she has stepped in as the glamour quotient of the film.
