After 'Nannaku Prematho', 'Eedo Rakam Aado Rakam' and 'Supreme' this year, Rajendra Prasad gets to play a key role in 'Intlo Deyyam-Nakem Bhayam'. "My role in this movie is as crucial the hero's. As a house owner, I have a hilarious character in this movie. G Nageshwar Reddy, the director, has done a very good job in portraying the problems posed by the ghost in the haunted house," he says.

Recalling his association with EVV Sathyanarayana, the veteran actor says, "All my movies in his direction worked great. As a child, Naresh used to visit the sets and observe the shoots. He has always been very passionate about cinema. He has carved a niche for himself. He has evolved as an actor over the years. He understands each of the scenes before enacting them. All of the scenes in our combination will entertain the audience."

This is Rajendra's second film with producer BVSN Prasad this year. "He is a producer with rich taste," he compliments.

"There is a scene where I have to jump the cliff from a height of 400 ft. I took a 30 ft plunge without a dupe or rope. Many told me if that's needed for me to do. But I feel one has to do such hard work for a good product."

Rajendra Prasad feels happy that top directors like Sukumar, Trivikram, Krishna Vamsi, Srinu Vaitla and Anil Ravipudi have roped him in for different roles. "It was B Jaya garu who gave me a second innings with 'Lovely'," he fondly recounts.

A respectable actor, Rajendra says that he is not someone who hikes remuneration or slashes as per the fate of his movies. "Acting is my passion," he says. No wonder, Rajendra was an obsession for a generation.
