SS Rajamouli has congratulated India's badminton champ, Kidambi Srikanth, on winning the French Open Super Series crown on Sunday.

"Two titles in a week and 4 in a year. Congrats @SriKidambi for winning the French Open Super Series. India is proud of you," the iconic filmmaker tweeted on Monday.

The director also patted the back of another achiever belonging to India's biggest sports passion. "Congratulations to @imVkohli & #TeamIndia on winning consecutive 7 ODI series.. REMARKABLE Play," he said.

On the creative front, Rajamouli is biding his time. He is waiting for an exciting story from his father, Vijayendra Prasad. He is not keen on any particular genre or hero. Let's hope it's not long before Prasad impresses his tough-to-be-convinced son with a Baahubalian story!
