Is Taapsee Pannu over-reacting against film critics?

Taapsee Pannu has got a beef with a film critic who recently said in her 'Haseen Dillruba' review that the actress only changes her costumes without showing variations in her dialogue delivery. The 'Anando Brahma' actress has described the line as a personal attack.

"They (film critics) should review THE FILM and the CHARACTERS, not take personal digs at people who portray those characters and assess n judge their career choices in a film review. Audience has a brain of their own let them decide what they like," the 'Badla' actress tweeted. The tweet triggered a host of reactions on Twitter.

Justifying her own position, Taapsee added, "When you get to say that the particular actor only changes clothes and does the same, it's a PERSONAL DIG."

When suggested that she shouldn't be sensitive to criticisms, the 'Thappad' diva added that she is someone who has heard nastiest of reviews about her performance for years and has taken it on her chin. "I made sure I get better. I am the last one who has ever gotten defensive in 11 years for any kind of stuff written about me anywhere," Taapsee added.

A number of actors have been criticized in movie reviews. Unless it's an insult, there is no reason why an actor has to see it as a personal dig. Wonder why Taapsee is over-reacting!
