'Janatha Garage' is on it's way to become one of the biggest hits in the history of Telugu cinema. It has raked in Rs.100 crore gross worldwide and what's more, the NTR starrer is the second fastest film to reach the magical mark after 'Baahubali'.

This is the first time an NTR's film crossed Rs.100 crore gross. The Koratala Siva directorial opened to mixed talk and little did any one expect that it would turn out to be such a huge hit and set the cash registers ringing at the box-office. Mohanlal, NTR's superb performances and Tirru's cinematography are the major highlights of this movie, which also stars Samantha and Nitya Menon. Kajal's item number 'Pakka Local' has been also a big hit.

In U.S., the film has crossed $1.6 million mark and is still going strong.
