'Janatha Garage' has turned out to be a big hit everywhere. As was expected, the NTR-Mohanlal starrer has collected a stunning USD 1 million in the US.

This clearly shows that the film is a resounding hit overseas. After Wednesday's premieres collected USD 5,60,000, there was positive buzz and naturally so. But on Thursday, the film reportedly fell short of expectations. It recouped again during the weekend. The bright run is expected to continue for the rest of the weekend today and tomorrow.

Mohanlal has described 'JG' as a successful movie even in Malayalam. "It is a pleasure to share with you all that Janatha Garage has fetched good reviews from everywhere.
