Recently, John Cena and Shah Rukh Khan shared a heartwarming exchange on their respective social media accounts. After Shah Rukh appreciated a video of him, when even John was sweating it out in the gym singing "Bholi Si Surat" from his 1997 film "Dil To Pagal Hai," that had gone viral, John replied to him in thanks.

Taking cognizance of Shah Rukh's tweet, John Cena—a wrestler, actor, and internet troll was the other two words in his Twitter bio—replied, "You have given so many in the world so much happiness; thank you for all you do."

The conversation occurred after wrestler Gurv Sihra posted a video where John Cena can be seen singing a Hindi song in the gym along with him. The video went viral and caught the attention of Shah Rukh Khan, who liked it. He said, "Thank you both... I love it, and I love you, @JohnCena. I’m going to send you my latest songs, and I want a duet from the two of you (John Cena and Gurv Sihra) again!!! Ha ha."

In the video, Gurv is seen introducing John Cena as a big Shah Rukh Khan fan, and then both of them sing a very famous song line together by SRK, "Bholi Si Surat." Sharing it on social media, Gurv wrote, "Lifting weights and singing Shah Rukh Khan songs @johncena @wweindia @iamsrk."

They are bonding over social media posts for the first time. In 2018, while sharing a quote by Shah Rukh Khan, John Cena expressed, "Words from the man himself," and in response, Shah Rukh thanked him for helping to inspire young kids around the world who consider him their hero.

Shah Rukh Khan last appeared on screen in "Dunki," directed by Rajkumar Hirani. He has yet to announce his next project.
