Jr NTR, who earlier today left for Bengaluru to pay last respects to Puneeth Rajkumar's mortal remains, turned emotional as he consoled Shivrajkumar, the departed soul's elder brother and actor. The 'RRR' actor visibly tried to fight back tears in his eyes. The Nandamuri actor and Puneeth had a bonding over the years.

Earlier in the day, Nandamuri Balakrishna, too, flew to Bengaluru and paid last respects. He was seen tapping his forehead with his palm, suggesting that the demise of his long-time acquaintance was very unfortunate.

Several celebs have been turning up at the funeral today. Thousands of fans in Karnataka are unable to overcome the shock of Puneeth's untimely passing away at the age of 46.
