Yesterday, Kamal Haasan, urged his cinema peers Sathyaraj and Madhavan on twitter to raise their voices about the ongoing political situation in TN.

In a recent talk with a popular media channel, the famed Tamil actor expressed his strong opinion .

For generations, the people of Tamil Nadu have been accustomed to emotional voting, choosing their leaders by passion and not by reason, said Kamal, calling the current situation as a "bad climax".

While he hated the fact that the powerful can shepherd the people, Kamal believes that Panneerselvam needs to go on, as he has done fairly well.

Commenting on Sasikala being called Chinnamma, implying to be Jaya's heir, Kamal said the naive nation should opt out from associating with personal relationships. "They are like the CEOS of a company, if they can't run the business well, they have no right to be there!"

The 'Ulaganayagan' seems to have been hurt by the current reality, but believes firm change is possible if people take righteous moves to make sure that the corrupt power doesn't end becoming absolute.
