As reported earlier, Actor and president of the TFPC, Vishal, was arrested outside the Producers Council office, after he attempted to break the lock put on there by his rivals in the council who were apparently dissatisfied with the functioning of Vishal and his associates, and forcibly tried to enter the premises.

Media caught up with veteran actor and president of Makkal Needhi Maiam, Kamal Haasan, and queried him about his take on the issue. “I do not know whether or not the allegations that have been charged against him are true. The issue needs to be probed, and Vishal should have the heart to allow the same to happen. Justice can be ascertained only after proper investigation,” he said.
