The latest viral observation that is rocking the internet is how Karthi is proving to be the lucky mascot for young directors to reach the biggest superstars next. First, it was Siva whose second film was 'Siruthai' with Karthi and his very next was Ajith's 'Veeram' after which he made 'Vedalam', 'Vivegam' and Viswasam' continuously with the mass hero.

In Pa. Ranjith's case too, it was the same as his second film after 'Atta Kaththi' was 'Madras' starring Karthi and the very next project he got was Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Kabali' and a repeat in 'Kaala'. Director H. Vinod after his sleeper hit debut 'Sathuranga Vettai' helmed Karthi's 'Theeran Adhigaram Ondru' and has currently finished directing Thala Ajith's 'Nerkonda Paarvai' and is likely to direct him again in 'Thala 61' as well.

Now director Lokesh Kanagaraj of 'Maanagaram' fame has completed his second film 'Kaithi' with Karthi and there is a buzz that he is likely to direct 'Thalapathy 64' for none other than Vijay. Well, the above examples sure confirm that Karthi a huge star himself is the ticket for new directors to reach the top of the ladder in Tamil cinema.
