A Coronavirus suspected lady in Kannur district, Kerala, gave birth to a baby boy. The lady who was under observation at the Kannur Government Hospital for the past few days experienced labor pain on Sunday night and was soon taken to the special operation theatre.

At 11 pm she gave birth to a baby boy through a cesarean section surgery. Both the mother and child are separated from each other in specially prepared ICU. Reportedly, the mother and baby are healthy doing fine.

The lady had returned from Qatar on March 20, was immediately admitted to the Kannur Medical College hospital as she was pregnant. Her test result is expected today.
