Mahesh Babu, Rajamouli laud Indias pride

Mary Kom has on Saturday defeated Ukraine's Hanna Okhota (5-0) in the 48kg light flyweight final match in New Delhi. This was her 6th gold medal at the Women's World Championships.

Congratulating the champ, Mahesh Babu has said, "Stellar victory. Spectacular achievement. Immensely proud of your win, champion!!! Congratulations on winning the 6th World Boxing Championship title, Mary Kom.. Take a bow on your historic win!!!"

Rajamouli, who always makes it a point to raise a toast to sportsmen, tweeted out, "Congratulations, Mary Kom, on winning the record 6th Gold in #WorldBoxingChampionships. You are a pride of the nation and certainly are an inspiration to many... Keep winning!"
