This Summer, there are more than 20 releases waiting to entertain the audience. The heroes/lead actors of most of the films badly need a hit, for their previous film(s) were either flops or outright disasters.

Come April 5, 'Chal Mohana Ranga' will hit the marquee. Nithiin's last film, 'LIE', was a flop at the box office. Will 'CMR' deliver another 'A Aa' for him?

On April 26, 'Bharath Ane Nenu' needs to redeem Mahesh Babu's allegedly sagging market. His previous two films, 'Brahmotsavam' and 'SPYder', were pathetic disasters.

On April 27, Rajinikanth's 'Kaala' will release. The Superstar's last film, 'Kabali', was a forgettable product in Telugu.

In May will release 'Mehbooba' and Akash Puri and Puri Jagannadh have been out of form.

'Happy Wedding' should become a hit for the sake of both Niharika Konidela and Sumanth Ashwin. There is no other go.

'Naa Nuvve' should bode well for Kalyan Ram, whose 'ISM' was a flop.

If Ram Gopal Varma's film with Nagarjuna releases, it should revive the fortunes of the director-hero duo. After all, if 'Om Namo Venkatesaya' was a damp squib, 'Raju Gari Gadhi-2' was a below average entertainer.

There are reports that Naga Chaitanya's 'Savyasachi' and 'MLA', among others, will hit the screens in May. 'Saakshyam', starring Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas, will have to be a hit. 'Jaya Janaki Nayaka' was not-so-overwhelming.

For Keerthy Suresh,' 'Mahanati' is crucial, as 'Agnyaathavaasi' was a disaster.

Only Nikhil Siddhartha ('Kirrak Party'), Ram Charan ('Rangasthalam'), Nani ('Krishnarjuna Yuddham'), Allu Arjun ('Na Peru Surya'), Vijay Devarakonda ('Taxiwala'), and Adivi Sesh ('Goodachari') are entering the fray on a high note.
