He looks like a bean pole. Lean and flab-less, Allari Naresh literally towers over most heroes in the field.

But Allari Naresh wants to tower over others in the metaphorical sense too. But that is something not happening so easily.

Son of the industry veteran EVV, Naresh has not much of a success to show for his spirited efforts.

But it is not as if Naresh is not trying. If anything, he has been more than whole-hearted in his efforts. But starting with Allari, down through Pranam, Nenu and other films, Naresh’s attempts had gone down the drain for want to quality script and story.

He has also tried his luck through experimental ventures like Danger. But somehow things have not worked to his favor.

Naresh is still at a loss to know why his films are not clicking.

But the lanky actor will continue to give his best.

He thinks Party will make a major difference to his career. Directed by Allari Ravi Babu, this is again a comedy, something that is right up Naresh’s alley. Then there is his father’s Kithakithalu. That is also a fun film.

So he is not typecast as some sort of caper-role hero? Somewhat in the mould of Rajendra Prasad?

Naresh understands this predicament. And that is why he is very keen to do roles with negative shades.

Well, that is a positive approach.
