It is proving to be something of an endemic affliction.

First it was Prabhu Deva.

The plastic man started the trend of dance directors turning directors with NVNV.

Then his protege Lawrence Raghavendra followed suit. He announced his arrival with Mass. And he has now followed that with Style.

Later another choreographer Rajasekhar joined the bandwagon. His directorial debut Ranam is slated for release this week.

Now another dance director Rakesh is into it.

This man is directing a film named Nesthama under Raaga Movies banner

Suhasini (of Chantigadu fame) is the heroine. The film’s song recording has already begun. Lanka Siva Shankar is the producer.
