Mamta Mohandas has cleared the air by saying no to reports which claimed that she is in love with Devi Sri Prasad, one of the hot and happening music composers of south Indian cinema.
ÂIt is just a rumour. Just because I have crooned in his music, it doesnÂt mean that there is an affair between us. I canÂt concentrate on my career if I take these things seriousÂ, the actress has said.
Denying that she is giving importance to Malayalam, her mother tongue, she said, ÂIt is true that I am currently acting in five Mollywood films. It is because I found those offers interestingÂ.
ÂI am waiting for a challenging opportunity in TamilÂ, she said and added: ÂI would like to do a powerful role which was not tried by anyone before. I am hopeful that I would get one soonÂ.
