The serial predator who is accused of raping 10 women in six counties over a period of 15 years, know as NorCal rapist has been finally arrested by the police. The criminal began this in the year 1991 and the police have solved the case with gynecological records.

The criminal has been identified as Roy Charles Waller (58) who has been working in UC Berkeley campus for 25 long years. However, authorities also state that the gynecological connection was made just 10 days back. Waller is also married.

It should also be noted that Waller has been charged with 12 counts of sexual assault and reportedly appear in court on Monday.
