Vijay Deverakonda is a rowdy, a leader and a politician in 'NOTA'.  In a short 'sneak peak' released on Wednesday, the 'Geetha Govindam' actor is seen in various moods - he looks heady, he is in deep thought, he is resentful, he is feared.  Like Mahesh Babu in 'Bharat Ane Nenu', is he is also a dynast?

Starring Sathyaraj and Nasser in key roles, this political thriller has been directed by Kollywood's Anand Shankar.  

Mehreene Pirzada is the heroine.  MS Bhaskar and Priyadarshi have supporting roles.
