Young writer P Jaya Kumar recently approached a city civil court in Hyderabad, alleging that Ram Gopal Varma had plagiarized his script in making 'God, Sex & Truth'.

Kumar has said in his petition that RGV has vulgarized his script. It seems Kumar had penned it without any intentions of making it as a porn study, something that RGV has done by roping in Mia Malkova and shooting her nude in the short film.

As per a report, the court has issued legal notices to both Ramu and Mia for the copyright violation.

'GST' will release on Jan 26 at 9 AM.
