The pre-release event of 'Oh Baby' was held on Saturday evening. Victory Venkatesh and Rana Daggubati graced the occasion as guests.

Speaking on the occasion, Venkatesh said that Suresh Productions, in association with two other producers, has done an experimental subject. "I have to congratulate Nandini Reddy for handling the subject so well. It's a complicated idea, she has executed it really well and I am very happy. Rajendra Prasad, Rao Ramesh, Naga Shaurya, Teja, Pragathi - everyone has done a great job. Above all, Samantha has delivered her career-best performance. She is really outstanding, getting all emotions right. She took the role as a challenge and delivered the goods," he said.

Rana Daggubati said, "When I failed in 10th Standard, my dad made me an assistant director. I happened to meet Sunitha garu (producer) and she made me know that filmmaking is like a lesson. It was she who made me realize that. When my first film 'Leader' released, the same year another beautiful movie released and it's 'Ye Maya Chesave'. Films like 'Oh Baby' should happen every week. I have watched the movie and it's really fantastic. We all talk about our grandfathers and fathers proudly. Rarely do we talk about our grandmothers. This film does the latter."

Samantha Akkineni said, "It's almost impossible to mount a heroine-oriented film. It's because the audience have made me what I am that the producers could invest in this heroine-oriented movie. The story itself chose us to do the film. I have played a challenging character and I can say that it's the best one in my career. I got to work with an extraordinary team, right from Nandini akka down. She is the sister I never had. I am proud of what she has done with the film. Cinematographer Richard Prasad garu is my favourite. Lakshmi Bhupal garu's dialogues helped my performance a great deal. Mickey J Meyer's music is soulful. Rajendra Prasad garu is a comedy king and he taught me how to do comedy. If I score marks for my comedy in the film, the credit must go to him. I thank Naga Shaurya for being gold! He is a major highlight in the second half. Teja, Sunaina, Snigdha, Hemanth and others - I thank you all. I pray that every poster, teaser and trailer have increased the audience's faith in the movie. When you watch the movie on July 5, you will love it."

The comedy-drama will hit the screens on July 5.
