'Padmaavat' to release in Telugu

The controversial 'Padmaavat' will be releasing in Telugu as well on January 25. The makers have unveiled a poster of the regional version on Thursday.

"Experience the grandeur of #Padmaavat inTelugu in 2D & 3D formats. Now also in Tamil and IMAX 3D (Hindi)," Ranveer Singh, who is playing Alauddin Khilji in this fiction, says.

Earlier in the day, the Supreme Court lifted the ban imposed on the Deepika Padukone-Sanjay Leela Bhansali entertainer by saying that law and order has to be ensured by the states. Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Haryana had banned the movie.
