Pankaj Tripathi to play a South Indian actor in 'Shakeela'.

In recent years, people have finally recognised the talent of actor Pankaj Tripathi. He has quite a few projects lined up for release. In his upcoming project 'Shakeela', Pankaj is going to play a South Indian actor. He recently shared a picture of the character on Instagram. In the photo, he can be seen sporting a red suit accepting an award.

About the film, Pankaj said, "I am so excited about the film because I have worked with the very talented friend Richa Chadha in this film. I have a beautiful part in the film. I play an actor for the first time in my career. I have always wanted to play an actor on screen and bring out the idiosyncrasies of artists on screen. It’s an interesting and colourful character.” 

In 'Shakeela', Richa Chadda plays an adult star from the 90s. The film is set to realese on December 25th.
