Speaking to the media earlier on Wednesday, Naga Babu came down sharply on Pawan Kalyan's critics.  Without often taking Sri Reddy's name, the Mega brother said that Mega heroes have become soft targets.  

"Don't take our silence for granted.  We ourselves don't know how we are going to react.  Don't test our patience.  You can say whatever you want because paid media listens to you.  If some random fans troll you, how are we responsible?  You can criticize Pawan Kalyan politically, but how can you make personal remarks and character assassination?" an emotional Naga Babu asked.

"If he were to make a mistake, Kalyan babu would confess publicly.  Do you have such guts?  Vaadu dammu unnodu!  It has been six months since he spoke with me.  He has been totally involved in people's issues.  He is the No. 1 star," Naga Babu said.

"His silence is not weakness.  There are certain political forces behind the besmirching.  He will teach them all a lesson in near future," Naga Babu said.

"When I told my mother that she is being targeted, she said let them do so.  She asked me to do whatever I can in my capacity.  That's why I am holding this press meet.  Let us close this issue once and for all," Naga Babu appealed.
