Young and promising director Vivek Athreya has got married. The wedding took place yesterday and it was largely an intimate affair. Among the celebs, actor Sree Vishnu and actress Nivetha Thomas alone were in attendance, reportedly.

Sreeja Gouni is the name of the bride. A few pics in which the filmmaker is seen with his wife were shared on Instagram by Nivetha, the heroine of his second film, 'Brochevarevarura'.

In one of the pics, Sree Vishnu and his wife are seen blessing the couple. Vishnu was the hero of both of his films so far. 'Mental Madhilo' was Vivek's debut outing.

Vivek will now be directing 'Ante Sundaraniki', starring Nani in the lead. The film has Nazriya Fahadh as the heroine. It will go on the floors early next year.
