It's the birthday of Nani's mother Vijayalakshmi today (October 15). And the actor wished her by posting a pic of him seeking her blessings.
The 'Jersey' actor has often spoken of how much his mother supported his cine dreams when he was young. Even after he became a star hero, Vijayalakshmi led a simple life free of ostentations. She retired recently from a sarkari job.
On the work front, the 'V' actor recently started shooting for 'Tuck Jagadish'. Directed by Shiva Nirvana, this film will finish its production works in December. Starring Ritu Varma and Aishwarya Rajesh as Nani's co-stars, it will hit the screens in 2021. 'Shyama Singha Roy', directed by Rahul Sankrityan, is going to be Nani's film after this.
