Ilayathalapathy Vijay is not only the hot favorite of toddlers to senior citizens in Tamil speaking regions, but also has an equal draw in the neighboring states, especially Kerala where his films fetch huge prices on par with the superstars there.

A new Malayalam movie Pokkiri Simon: Oru Kadutha Aaradhakan` directed by Jijo Antony has Sunny Wayne playing a diehard Vijay fan and Pragaya Martin as his love interest. The writer of the film K. Ambady has revealed that the Kerala Vijay fans inspired him to write the story. Here is the first look poster.
