Actor Prashanth who was engaged to Grahalakshmi, daughter of a noted industrialist, will enter the wedlock on 1 September. The marriage will take place at Mayor Sri Ramanathan Chettiar Centre in Chennai where Rajinikanth's daughter Ishwarya and actor Dhanush marriage reception was held.

Music director Deva will render a musical show for the wedding reception to be held at the same venue later in the evening.

Prashanth is currently busy with Thagappansamy. The movie which also stars Pooja and Namitha in the lead roles is nearing completion.
