Priya Mani started her career with a Bharathiraja film and proved her mettle in a Balu Mahendra movie. Thanks to director Ameer, the actor has managed to turn the arc lights on her with Paruthi Veeran.

Priya Mani, the actor who is seven films old, is jumping with joy. She says, “It was the greatest moment of my life when my mentors Bharathiraja and Balu Mahendra appreciated me after seeing Paruthi Veeran. Their words of appreciation is a big inspiration for me.”

Priya Mani also chose to thank Paruthi Veeran's cinematographer Ramjhi, her hero Karthi and the director Ameer for getting the best out of her.

On her experiences shooting for the film, Priya Mani said, “Initially I was tense. But the whole crew made me feel comfortable. We shot the climax with great pain. Thankfully it has come out well and everybody appreciates it.”
