Priyadarshi's latest tweet has had many wondering, for it is not straightforward. "Content is King. But, Distribution is God. Period," the actor said.

Last month was a crucial one in his career. On June 21, the biopic 'Mallesham' released and, despite top ratings, it failed to do well at the box-office. This is despite Suresh Productions backing it as a distribution company.

Last Friday, 'Brochevarevarura', featuring him in a full-fledged role, released amid top ratings and it has been doing well at the BO. Incidentally, this one too is backed by Suresh Productions.

The crucial difference between the two films is that 'Mallesham' is a serious subject but the latter is a crime comedy. Comedies usually have it easy at the BO. Distribution is no doubt God but genre is a powerful 'mantra'.

Content is King. But, Distribution is God. Period.
