It has been reported by sections of media that Raj Tarun is currently doing the remake of 'Naanum Rowdy Dhaan' (Tamil), directed by Vignesh Shivan. It's said that Raj is stepping into the shoes of Vijay Sethupathy, while it's Hebbah Patel who is reprising Nayanthara's role.

Turns out that the news is false. Taking to Twitter on Thursday, the actor has unambiguously said that he is not working with producer C Kalyan on the said remake. "It's a false news ji!!! I am not doing any remake presently. My next film is in the pre-production phase. Its cast and crew details are not finalised yet," Raj Tarun tweeted.

The actor badly needs a hit after the failure of 'Andhhagadu', 'Rangula Raatnam' and 'Raju Gadu'.
