SS Rajamouli has launched the Telugu logo of 'Brahmastra', one of the most ambitious films being made right now in the country. "Happy to launch the Telugu logo of the first Indian mythical fusion drama trilogy, Brahmastra that’s being made on an epic scale with the magnificent star cast," the 'Baahubali' director noted. The first part will hit the screens on Christmas 2019.

The essentially Bollywood project has been directed by Ayan Mukerji. Bankrolled by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Namit Malhotra, Ranbir Kapoor, Ayan Mukerji and Fox Star Studios, this one has our own Nagarjuna in a key role.

Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Mouni Roy headline the cast.

The Telugu version's logo comes with a voice-over by Nagarjuna, who introduces Brahmastram as the most powerful weapon. The Hindi version featured Amitabh's voice.
