Wondering what the headline means? Rajinikanth has changed his Twitter id from @superstarrajini to @rajinikanth. He has done it ahead of going fully political.

The moniker is something the entire country has identified Rajini with for decades now. However, once in politics, he seems to believe that such a high-sounding sobriquet is well done away with to the extent possible. That said, his Twitter bio still says this much: 'The official handle of Superstar Rajinikanth'.

The 'Superstar' tag was first given to the 'Kaala' actor before the release of the 1978 movie 'Bhairavi'.
