He has just tasted mega success with Rang De Basanti, and is all on his toes once again. Director Rakeysh Mehra now has three projects on mind.
They are all as different from one another as day from night. The project he seems most excited about is Bhairavi. It is in this film that he plans to cast the Bachchan family. He wants Amitabh, Abhishek and Jaya Bachchan to play their real life roles in reel life.
The film is about music, family strife and competitive creativity. If news was to be believed, then the junior and senior Mr. Bachchan have agreed to do the film. Jaya sounds a little in two minds but considering Rakeysh Mehra she might completely agree on doing the film. Mehra plans to start shooting as the dates get finalized. He wants to shoot the film right in this year. Until the project gets finalized on the dates, he plans to make one of the two films that he has on mind. He may either make Delhi-6 or Paanch Kaurav. Delhi-6 is about his childhood days in Delhi. Paanch Kaurav is a magnum opus like the Lord of the Rings.
