The scintillating trailer of 'Sanju' has been slammed by many. Reason? Trolls feel that Ranbir Kapoor is not up to the mark in being Sanjay Dutt.

"VFX made the body structure look like Sanjay Dutt's but what about the machismo which Baba had and has? Ranbir looks like a gay in the movie," says a Twitter user.

"In just 3 mins, Ranbir literally butchered the 'Macho Man' image that Sanjay Dutt has sported since 30 years," says another user.

An overwhelming majority, however, feels that Ranbir is almost like Sanjay Dutt in the Trailer.

Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the biopic also stars Sonam Kapoor, Dia Mirza, Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Anushka Sharma and others. Its songs are by AR Rahman, Rohan Rohan, and Vikram Montrose. 'Sanju' will hit the screens on June 29.
