Rathnavelus mother is no more

Acclaimed cinematographer Rathnavelu is bereaved. The 'Rangasthalam' cameraman's mother, Gynaneshwar Raman, today passed away in Chennai. Reports say that she had been suffering from some health issues.

The talented technician is reportedly in Chennai to perform the last rites of his mother.

After Chiranjeevi's 'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy' and Mahesh Babu's 'Sarileru Neekevvaru', Rathnavelu is currently working on Kamal Haasan's 'Indian 2', whose shoot has come to a halt due to the ongoing Coronavirus-induced bandh. Rajinikanth's 'Robo', '1: Nenokkadine', etc are some of his famous movies.
