Ravi Teja is kicked about playing an MRO

Ravi Teja’s 68th film, to be directed by Sarath Mandava, went on the floors recently. In the ongoing Hyderabad schedule, scenes involving him have been shot for the past few weeks.

Set in the 1990s, the untitled film casts the 'Krack' actor in the role of a Mandal Revenue Officer. A hint to this effect was thrown by a poster of the film released by the makers last week. Since the film has crackling action as well, it's said that the MRO can pull off dishum-dishum with ease.

The story of the film rumouredly involves a mega confrontation between the MRO and high-profile goondas. With thrills at its core, the film is inspired by true events.

Produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri of SLV Cinemas LLP, the film is being co-produced by the lead man on RT Teamworks. Divyansha Koushik of 'Majili' fame has been roped in to play the heroine. Kollywood composer Sam CS is on board for music. The cinematography is by Sathyan Sooryan. Editing is by Praveen KL.

Ravi Teja will be seen in 'Khiladi' next. He is also scheduled to team up with Trinadha Rao Nakkina of 'Nenu Local' fame.
