Respect court on Ram Mandir issue: Modi

Addressing an election rally in Nashik, Maharashtra, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said that everyone must respect the due process of law regarding the Ram Temple issue. The Supreme Court is hearing the case currently.

"In last 2-3 weeks, some greats (sarcastic), some outspoken people have started speaking nonsense on Ram temple. It's necessary to have respect for the apex court, for the matter is sub-judice there. All parties are presenting their case. The court is listening to them," Modi said.

"I am astonished where did these people come from? Why are they creating obstacles? We should trust Supreme Court, the Constitution and the judiciary of India. I request these people to trust the judiciary of India, for God's sake," the BJP supremo added.
