On Sunday, Ram Gopal Varma blasted the CBFC in a series of tweets. He insinuated that the Censor Board was trying to stall the release of 'Lakshmi's NTR' due to political pressure. The director even approached a lawyer and threatened legal action in no time.

Turns out that there was no issue in the first place. The hullabaloo was because of some miscommunication and nothing more. "There has been an unfortunate misunderstanding between our office and the CBFC which has now been cleared..The CBFC is now doing the necessary action as per the laid down procedure," RGV tweeted out hours after making a hue and cry.

It has to be seen if 'Lakshmi's NTR' will hit the screens on March 22 as planned. If the Censor is done this week, its release would be unstoppable.
