As we had reported earlier, Vijay Sethupathi will be acting in a film to be directed by Panneerselvam of 'Renigunta' fame. 'Remo' girl Keerthy Suresh was initially approached to play the female lead in this film but she could not take up the offer.

Now we hear from a reliable source that the makers are in talks with Ritika Singh for the female lead character. If the 'Irudhi Suttru' lass accepts the offer it will be her second with Vijay Sethupathi after the critically acclaimed super hit 'Aandavan Kattalai' that too in a short span of time.

We will have to wait for things to get official before drawing any conclusions.

Vijay Sethupathi is expected to start shooting of Panneerselvam's yet to be titled film after he completes 'Kavan' directed by K.V.Anand.
