Hours before Megastar Chiranjeevi felicitated the makers of 'Mahanati', Kamal Haasan made a point to bless Keerthy Suresh.  The actress, who has stunned one and all with her portrayal of Savitri, said, "Happy and fortunate to get the blessings from @ikamalhaasan sir on the occasion of #NadigaiyarThilagam release. Thank you, sir."  

The 'Vishwaroopam' actor had made his debut in cinema with ‘Kalathur Kannamma’, which starred the legendary Savitri. The actor received appreciation from Savitri herself. 

The Tamil version of 'Mahanati', titled 'Nadigaiyar Thilagam', was released yesterday. It has received positive reviews all over.
