Popular businessman and Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra has found himself in legal trouble for allegedly being involved in a really misdeed. He has been arrested by Mumbai Police for being the orchestrator of a pornography production ring. The police stated that they have enough concrete evidence against him to make the arrest and he'll be charged with IPC sections of cheating, indulging in obscene acts in public places and circulating pornographic content under the Information Technology Act.

Police Commissioner of Mumbai, Hemant Nagrale said, "There was a case registered with Crime Branch Mumbai in February 2021 about the creation of pornographic films and publishing them through some Apps. We’ve arrested Mr Raj Kundra in this case on 19/7/21 as he appears to be the key conspirator of this."

"We have sufficient evidence regarding this. The investigation is in progress," he added. Raj Kundra is one of the nine culprits apprehended in this case since last week. Actress Poonam Pandey also filed a case against Raj for illegally using her erotic content.
