As we had announced much earlier in our reports, Actor Siva Karthikeyan's 15th movie directed by Irumbuthirai fame PS Mithran has been  titled as Hero.  The movie was launched today formally with a pooja ceremony held in Chennai.

Hero will mark the Tamil debut of Heroine Kalyani Priyadarshan who had earlier debuted in Telugu, and will star Action King Arjun, who was the antagonist in the director's Irumbuthirai, as the villain here as well. Besides, Naachiyaar fame Ivana plays a vital role in the movie.

Produced by KJR Studios, Hero is an action  thriller that will have music by Yuvan Shankar Raja, cinematography by George C Williams and editing by Ruben. The movie is expected to hit screens towards the end of 2019.
