Multiple blasts kill more than 80 in Sri Lanka!

It has been reported that around 80 people were severely injured after multiple explosions took place in two prominent churches in Sri Lanka when worshippers were involved in Easter services.

Easter masses were happening around 8:45 am Sri Lankan time, when the blasts took place. One of the blasts took place at St Anthony's Church in Kochchikade, Kotahena of Sri Lanka's capital, Colombo and another explosion took place at St.Sebastian's church in Katuwapitiya,Katana.

It has been reported by the Colombo National Hospital that there are 80 people admitted with injuries. Besides these churches there were other places like hotels that also encountered deadly blasts namely Shangri-la hotel, Cinnamon grand hotel, besides a Church in Batticaloa and Kingsbury Church. It has been reported that several people have been killed in these shocking blasts on Easter day.
