A few minutes back, at the time of writing this piece, Sridevi's mortal remains reached the Vile Parle crematorium, Mumbai.
Earlier in the day, thousands paid last respects to her mortal remains at the Celebrations Sports Club. Mourners followed the legend's last journey on the streets of Mumbai. Her fans, out of grief and love for the departed soul, tried to catch a glimpse of her, forgetting that they were causing inconvenience. As per a news agency, Sridevi's stepson, Arjun Kapoor, urged them with folded hands to stop causing inconvenience.
Among the celebs, Megastar Chiranjeevi, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Madhuri Dixit, Kajol, Tabu, Sushmita Sen, and others paid last respects earlier in the day. Big names like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Venkatesh, and others had done it at Anil Kapoor's residence over the last two days.
