Sudheer Babu has taken a new resolution. He will be planting a sapling before the release of his new movie from now. This is part of his endeavour to green his surroundings and also spread awareness against air pollution.

Participating in Rajya Sabha MP J Santosh Kumar-initiated Green India Challenge, the 'Sammohanam' actor said that he has kickstarted the sapling-planting task with 'V'. "I thank @MPsantoshtrs for the #GreenIndiaChallenge initiative and Nawin Vijay Krishna for nominating me. Taking a pledge to plant a tree for every film I do and also name it after my film. Starting with #VTheMovieVictory, I nominate Mohanakrishna Indraganti, Dil Raju Anna, Aditi Rao Hydari and Nivetha Thomas (sic)," the actor tweeted.

On Thursday, the 'Nannu Dochukunduvate' actor mourned the death of Darsi Suresh Babu, the Nellore fans association president of the Ghattamaneni family.
