Superstar Rajinikanth starrer 'Lal Salaam' is awaiting its theatrical debut this Friday amid huge anticipation. The film directed by Aishwarya Rajinikanth is a cricket-based sports drama. While superstar Rajinikanth plays an extended cameo, Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth are leading the movie.

The latest is that 'Lal Salaam' was censored by the makers yesterday. Lyca Productions officially announced that the CBFC has issued a 'U/A' certificate for this film. We have learnt that the runtime of the sports flick is said to be around 2 hours and 32 minutes (152 minutes). This news is now going viral on the internet.

The star cast comprises Vishnu Vishal, Vikranth, Rajinikanth, Kapil Dev (cameo), Jeevitha Rajashekar, Nirosha, Livingston, Senthil, Thambi Ramaiah, KS Ravikumar, Vivek Prasanna and others. The film has music composed by AR Rahman, cinematography handled by Vishnu Rangasamy and editing by B. Pravin Baaskar.
