Director Linguswamy has just wriggled out of deep financial crisis after his much delayed Rajini Murugan` released on Pongal has attained blockbuster status at the box office.

Linguswamy was in Vellore to participate in the Malarattum Maninthaneyam event organized by Superstar Rajinikanth fans. Speaking at the occasion Lingu shared that he is a fanatic fan of Rajinikanth and when he decided to have the title Rajini Murugan` for the Sivakarthikeyan starrer the Superstar immediately obliged and added that the magic of the title has been responsible for the huge success of the film. Lingu also revealed that in the past many directors have tried to title their films with Rajini`s name but he has refused permission but has given it to him.
