Superstar Rajinikanth's fans were mighty disappointed when they couldnt meet their idol on his birthday the 12th of December as he had to go out of station for an urgent work.  However to compensate to them the Thalaivar has orgnaized a grand fan meet at his Raghavendra Marriage Hall in Kodambakkam from the 26th to 31st December when he will be meeting 1000 fans every day.

It has been announced Rajini will be meeting fans from Kanchipuram, Thiruvallur, Krishnagiri, Dharmapuri and the Nilgiris on the first day the 26th of December, Thiruvaroor, Nagapattinam, Pudukottai and Ramanathapuram fans on 27th, Madurai, Virudunagar, Namakkal and Salem fans on the 28th, Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode and Vellore on 29th , North and Central Chennai fans on the 30th and the South Chennai fans on the 31st.

Fan clubs have across Tamil Nadu have been instructed that all the six thousand fans will have to carry an ID card that had already been issued and those without them will not be allowed inside the hall.  Similarly those who have consumed liqor will be barred entry.  The visiting members have also been strictly asked not try to hug or get close to the Superstar.

The media and the politicians are waiting with bated breath curious to know what political step Rajini will take after this all important fan meet.
